We’ve curated cost effective, beautiful wedding kits to make the planning a little easier and the outcome a lot of luxe. Choose a vibe, stationery design, add your essentials and choose your flowers – that’s your wedding musts done with a click of a button.


Steps in details

  1. Say I do to a range of designs that will help you display a distinct aesthetic on your special day. This is all about your personal taste, all you need to do is choose your stylistic vibe.

    • Boho Relaxed and romantic with hints of a free-spirited flair, this style is a dreamy, understated luxe. 

    • Moody Stand aside people, it’s time to make a grand entrance. This modern yet refined palette is punctuated with dark and romantic vibes that will undoubtedly make a statement. 

    • Classic We’ve put your dream on paper, now it’s time for you to take it to the ballroom. Chic and classic, this style is for those who see beauty in simplicity but with all the added reflexed roses to take it up a notch. 

    • Timeless Nothing quite says I’m forever in style like clouds of baby’s breath and timeless reflexed roses. Choose this vibe if you want a contemporary take on a traditional favourite. 

    • Luxe Extravagant and layered, this style dials up the fancy with cascading orchids and sophisticated reflexed roses. 

    • Seasonal Colour Pop  Original and expressive, this style is about textured tones and pops of bold colour that add a little OG cool and a personality of its own.

  2. Head to the online store and instantly get pricing for your items - you can easily select the quantity, design and colours. All prices are inclusive of GST and delivery.

  3. Select ‘Request quote’ for particular items and we will get back to you within 48 hours. We recommend purchasing the items that you have your heart set on at the same time of ‘requesting a quote’ as the items your purchase might impact on the quotes delivery and collection fees.

  4. Add to to cart. Don’t wait too long, we need at least 5 weeks for your stationery design production - this is when you provide your content to us not when you place the order.

  5. Complete checkout to confirm your order, you can choose to pay via credit card (Visa or MasterCard), Paypal or AfterPay. If you would prefer to pay a 50% deposit by credit card, PayPal or AfterPay simply use the code 50%deposit. The balance of your stationery will be due once your first digital design proof is ready to be released or balance of Hire Fees (less the Deposit) no later than 21 days before the Hire Period whichever comes first. 

  6. At checkout please complete the online form with as much information as possible to assist us in the logistics around your order. This information will assist us when finalising your ‘request a quote’ pricing. You will be prompted to supply us with a range of information (if applicable) such as floor plans, wedding day details, stationery deadlines etc.

  7. If you choose stationery, we’ll be in touch with an online custom wording form to fill in with your custom wording, confirm colours etc. You can complete this when you’re ready, however, keep in mind we need this information no later than 5 weeks (not including shipping) before the date you require them.  

  8. Once we receive your completed custom wording form and you have paid the outstanding balance for your stationery items, we will email you your first digital stationery design proof ready for your feedback.  Please allow up to 5 business days for your first digital design proof.

  9. Once the final proofs have been approved we will get your stationery off to print. Please allow 14 days for printing. 

  10. Ship ship hooray! Try not to wait by the door. Your items are print checked, counted and shipped to your nominated delivery address. For event day hire items, we’ll ensure they are at the venue ready for your big day.

What information will I need to provide when I complete the checkout form? 

The more information the better to ensure we have all the information we need to ensure your experience is easy! We will ask for information such as your floor plan, venue details and contact, event start and completion time and venue access - are there stairs, lifts, special hours we need to consider etc. Of course we will review all this information and cross check with yourself and your venue planner.

I need help selecting the right items for my vibe?
Have you been staring at the screen for too long? Our one-hour Wedding Kit Styling Session will be the perfect opportunity to fire away your questions, work through your colour combinations and styling choices to suit your prefered Wedding Vibe. Our consultations are one-on-one zoom or Facetime calls, where we show you paper samples, combinations, linen and hire items. So stop overthinking it and book a consultation today.

Request a quote vs add to cart?

We hope you enjoy browsing through our wedding vibes as much as we loved putting them together. You’ll find a selection of items which require you to ‘Request quote ’ instead of adding to cart’. Due to the nature of these items, important logistic information is needed in order to quote accordingly for example floor plans, venue access and timings. We recommend purchasing the items that you have your heart set on at the same time of ‘requesting a quote’ as the items your purchase might impact on the quoted delivery and collection fees (in a good way).

I’d like to use a different stationery collection to complete my vibe, is that okay? 

Of course! We have three collections on offer, you can purchase the stationery via the stationery online store and finish booking your styling items through your preferred vibe.
