Tell us more about the Director and Founder of The Eventurer, Steph? 

The Eventurer is the creation of an experienced event manager, a world-traveller, a food lover and an experienced explorer.

Stephanie Luketic has over a decades’ experience in the events industry. She started her career in the corporate world, focusing on brand activation, marketing and corporate events and transitioned her career into the creative world of weddings and events when she embarked on her own personal love story: The Eventurer. Stephanie has a passion for people and is a master at interpreting ideas and suggesting solutions that not only exceed any reasonable expectation but also seamlessly come together in real life. Her character can be accounted for through the beautiful words from her client reviews.

Weddings

What wedding packages do you offer?

What's the custom design process? 

After deciding on the particular package, we would begin the process by meeting face-to-face over a glass of bubbles or two, or in a COVID-19 world over zoom ... you can still bring bubbles! This is an opportunity to get to know each other and to hear more about your vision. It's so important to surround yourself with vendors you trust and you connect with on a personal and professional level - it just adds to your wedding experience.

We will then send you an official quote. Once we get the green light, a 50% deposit is required, ts and cs are signed, we will send you a questionnaire to fill in. Then the fun stuff starts ... we begin bringing your vision to life. 


What are Tailored Wedding Kits?  

Got your guest list? We'll take it from here. We’ve curated cost-effective beautiful wedding kits to make the planning a little easier and the outcome a lot of luxe. Head to our online store. Choose a vibe, stationery design, add your styling essentials – that’s your wedding musts done with a click of a button. We offer a range of our favourite wedding vibes; Luxe, Boho, Timeless, Seasonal, Classic and Moody. .

Tailored Wedding Kits are cost effective and beautiful that take the guesswork out of styling your day. You have the ability to see how your wedding will look, to have your styling logistics professionally managed and of course to make the planning a little easier and the outcome a lot of luxe. Our expertise, our quality suppliers and our collaboration with FleurFetti means your stationery design, styling decor and flowers are complete with a click of a button.

Fleurfetti, sister company of Ivy and Eve, and The Eventurer have teamed up to offer the full package - their expert florists have designed a range of stunning, pre-selected packages, offering you the best in colour, quality, form and design to suit our vibes.


What information will I need to provide when I complete the checkout form? 

The more information the better to ensure we have all the information we need to ensure your experience is easy! We will ask for information such as your floor plan, venue details and contact, event start and completion time and venue access - are there stairs, lifts, special hours we need to consider etc. Of course we will review all this information and cross check with yourself and your venue planner.

I need help selecting the right items for my vibe?

Have you been staring at the screen for too long? Our one-hour Wedding Kit Styling Session will be the perfect opportunity to fire away your questions, work through your colour combinations and styling choices to suit your prefered Wedding Vibe. Our consultations are one-on-one zoom or Facetime calls, where we show you paper samples, combinations, linen and hire items. So stop overthinking it and book a consultation today.

Request a quote vs add to cart?

We hope you enjoy browsing through our wedding vibes as much as we loved putting them together. You’ll find a selection of items which require you to ‘Request quote ’ instead of adding to cart’. Due to the nature of these items, important logistic information is needed in order to quote accordingly for example floor plans, venue access and timings. We recommend purchasing the items that you have your heart set on at the same time of ‘requesting a quote’ as the items your purchase might impact on the quoted delivery and collection fees (in a good way).

I’d like to use a different stationery collection to complete my vibe, is that okay? 

Of course! We have three collections on offer, you can purchase the stationery via the stationery online store and finish booking your styling items through your preferred vibe.

Do you offer semi-customisable wedding stationery?

Choose your preferred collection on our online store via our Tailored Wedding Kits, select the pieces you require, including the colour, print method and quantity, it’s that easy. These collections are perfect for the fashion-forward event lover without the fuss and price of custom-designed stationery.

All collections are available in a range of colours to suit your style. You can select via our stationery store alternatively if there is a vibe you're after, head to our Tailored Wedding Kits to get some inspiration!

Do you sell Sample Packs? 

Our sample packs are the perfect opportunity to see and feel the beautiful paper quality and print techniques before placing your order.

Sample packs include invite and event day stationery samples as well as a custom colour chart.

After you push 'Add to Cart', you'll be prompted to select your preferred colours and stationery design/s.

We don’t print samples to order, we will do our very best to provide you with your preference from existing sample stock. These samples will show you our high-quality finish which is carried throughout our range of designs.

What kind of printing options do you offer?

We offer Digital printing and White Ink online. If you would like a quote regarding speciality printing, letterpress or foiling (gold/silver etc) please get in touch.

We’ve teamed up with Victoria’s most iconic venues to create luxe experiences designed to help you celebrate life’s special moments. We’re talking vineyards, ocean views and rolling hills, for all occasions … all you’ll need to do is perfect your plandid. 

We'll take your ideas and help shape them into an unforgettable experience, or if you know exactly how you want your occasion to play out, but just need the finer details like invites and flowers tended to, restaurant settings or place-cards, you can choose a tailor-made event kit customised to your taste and budget.
