This moment is going to make a great memory … so we make every detail count. Creating beautiful and unique settings is what we love to do! We work closely with you to style a custom wedding that will leave you and your guests speechless.
Concept design and styling direction inclusive of all the details – florals, furniture hire, lighting, stationery and invitations etc
Suggest, source and coordinate bookings of all styling suppliers/requirements
Management of styling budget. Provide a clear breakdown of all associated costs
Manage styling logistics, correspondence and documentation; run sheets, floor plans and briefing notes
Unlimited phone and email correspondence
On the day setup of all styling requirements by the Eventurer ‘s set-up team at one location.
Wedding Planning

We put your dream on paper then bring it to a ballroom … or any room. We’ll take the stress away so that you can celebrate your special day without a worry.
Unlimited phone and email correspondence
Suggest, source and book all vendors
Manage all vendors in the lead-up and on the day – manage all correspondence, attend appointments and negotiate quotes
Invitation and RSVP management
Manage and monitor overall budget and breakdown of cost
Create run sheet and logistics plan including a key supplier and key contacts
Planner on the day for four hours. Additional hours on request.
